In 2 levels spread over 2 sessions of 4 hours each, the players are put under time pressure and must apply the best hybrid techniques to solve a real challenge. In level 1, you and your team are urged to create a hybrid project plan. In level 2, you must create a status report and come up with a plan to put the project back on track after a big change!
